Welcome to WrestlerFinder.com (the “Site”), operated by Dickson 5 LLC, doing business as WrestlerFinder (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use this Site, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of 18 must have obtained parental or guardian consent before creating an account or submitting any personal information. Parents or guardians who create accounts on behalf of a minor athlete assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and for monitoring the minor’s use of the Site.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Types

WrestlerFinder provides several types of accounts:

Athlete Accounts allow high school wrestlers to create recruiting profiles visible to college coaches. Athletes are responsible for the accuracy of all information in their profiles, including academic records, athletic statistics, and contact information.

Coach Accounts are free and allow verified college coaches to search for and view athlete profiles. Coach accounts require manual verification by WrestlerFinder staff before full access is granted. We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or suspend coach verification at our sole discretion.

Parent Accounts (when available) allow parents or guardians to manage subscription billing and receive notifications related to their athlete’s account activity.

4. Athlete Profile Content and Marketing License

By creating an athlete profile, you grant WrestlerFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use your profile content — including your name, likeness, photos, videos, and athletic information — on the Site and in WrestlerFinder’s marketing and promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. This license exists for the purpose of facilitating recruiting and promoting the platform. It continues for as long as your profile exists on the Site.

You may withdraw the marketing portion of this license at any time by contacting us at hello@wrestlerfinder.com. Withdrawing the marketing license does not affect your profile’s visibility to coaches on the Site, which continues until you delete your account.

Athlete profiles are publicly visible to search engines and the general public at a basic level (name, photo, school, state, graduation year, weight class, and career record). Additional profile details are visible only to verified coaches or coaches viewing Pro-tier profiles, as described in our tiered visibility system.

You may delete your account and profile at any time by contacting us at hello@wrestlerfinder.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your profile from public display within a reasonable timeframe and delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions grant athletes enhanced profile visibility, including contact information visible to verified coaches, full video access, and higher placement in search results.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your Pro features remain active until that date. We do not offer mid-cycle refunds except as required by applicable law.

Founding Member Pricing. Certain subscribers may receive promotional pricing locked at a fixed rate for the life of their subscription. This pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscriber account.

Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except as required by law. Certain jurisdictions may require refunds under specific conditions, and we will comply with such laws as applicable.

6. Coach Accounts and Verification

Coach accounts are provided free of charge. By registering as a coach, you represent that you are currently affiliated with a college or university wrestling program in an official coaching capacity. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation is grounds for immediate account termination.

Verified coaches may view athlete profiles, search for recruits, and save athletes to recruiting boards. Coaches may not share, download, redistribute, screenshot, or screen-record athlete profile information — including contact details, academic records, photos, or videos — outside of legitimate recruiting purposes.

8. Media and Uploads

Athletes may upload photos, videos, and other media to the Site. By uploading media, you represent that you own the content or have the right to use it, and that it does not violate any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights. By uploading media, you also grant WrestlerFinder the rights described in Section 4 with respect to that content.

Uploaded media is stored on third-party cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services). We take reasonable measures to secure uploaded content but cannot guarantee absolute security. You retain ownership of your uploaded media. Upon account deletion, uploaded media will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

9. Recruiting Visibility Score

WrestlerFinder uses a proprietary Recruiting Visibility Score to rank athlete profiles in search results. This score is calculated based on factors including profile completeness, activity, subscription tier, and other criteria. Higher-scoring profiles appear more prominently in coach search results. We reserve the right to modify the scoring algorithm at any time. We do not guarantee any specific search placement or recruiting outcomes as a result of your score.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the design, layout, text, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Dickson 5 LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content without express written consent.

Athlete-created profile content (text, photos, videos) remains the property of the athlete. Our license to display and use that content is described in Section 4.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including college program websites, recruiting resources, and external services. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendLayer), email communications and CRM (Bento), media storage (Amazon Web Services), and analytics. Your use of the Site constitutes agreement to the terms of these services as they apply to your data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Site, including but not limited to recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or college placement.

Athletic statistics, academic information, and other profile data are self-reported by athletes and are not independently verified by WrestlerFinder unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for the accuracy of athlete-reported information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dickson 5 LLC, WrestlerFinder, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dickson 5 LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Platte County, Missouri.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
